Deliveries of orders take place during working days Monday to Friday (10am-5pm GMT+2) apart from Greek National Holidays.
My Precious Blue products are handmade to order. We aim to keep stock of our products and ship within three days. However in case a product is not ready to ship, we make every effort to dispatch it within 10 working days. In such case you will be notified by email.
Orders are shipped out of Athens, Greece.
You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. “My Precious Blue” shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of “My Precious Blue”.
Please note that delivery delays may occur for the following reasons:
– There is a delay of delivery from the supplier of the product: In this case, the user will be contacted immediately, in order to confirm whether s/he wishes to receive the product when available or a refund instead.
– Extreme weather conditions, strikes, force majeure:
All restrictions implemented during the COVID-19 outbreak are deemed as force majeure. Please note that there is a great possibility of delay due to these restrictions.
‘My Precious Blue” will make all reasonable efforts to timely execute all orders during the pandemic period, however the accuracy of delivery deadlines cannot be guaranteed.
– Inability to communicate with a client:
In case communication with a client via phone or e-mail proves impossible despite all efforts
(e.g. there is a problem with the products ordered and/or the payment thereof and the
clients’ contact details are not valid).
Should any of the above circumstances occur, there might be a delay of deliveries. “My Precious Blue” shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of “My Precious Blue”.
‘My Precious Blue’ reserves the right to delegate delivery to any courier or forwarder company, with all appropriate contractual terms which guarantee the safe delivery of products, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import duties, customs and local sales taxes, which are the client’s responsibility where they apply.
Payment of these is often necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
You should check with your own country’s import laws before placing your order.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent detailing the additional cost for your approval and payment prior to shipment of your order.
All prices and all payments are in euro (€).
Orders are delivered with the payment receipt/invoice. Customers are kindly requested to contact us by sending an e-mail to customerservice@mypreciousblue.com in case the payment receipt/invoice has not been delivered to them.
According to the applicable laws, the ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon payment and the risk thereof upon delivery.
