By using this Site, whether as a registered user or a guest, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you use this Site or buy anything through it. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please stop using it immediately and do not buy anything through it. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will publish those changes on this Site.
Using this site / Personal Data Protection
In order to perform any transaction through the “MY PRECIOUS BLUE” e-shop and to order any of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. With the use of the website you provide your explicit consent to “MY PRECIOUS BLUE” to process the relevant personal data and you declare that all the information are true and accurate.
When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your phone number (whichever phone number you specify) and your email address. If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your order.
Our company shall process the above data in accordance with article 7Α par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to complete the order placed by our customers and shall in no way disclose, publish or sell these data to any third parties, except in case a legal procedure regarding the withdrawal of confidentiality is initiated (L. 2225/1994) or according to other obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006
You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (which means you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders.
The Contract
The contract between you and us is legally binding. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product subject to these Terms & Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we believe a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend their order. This includes non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept an order from any customer who we have suspended. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we have received full payment.
A person who is not party to the contract shall not have the rights under or in connection with it.
We may refuse to process a transaction or to provide a service at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else if we do this.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear in “My Precious Blue” website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Resale
By ordering from our website, you agree not to commercially resell any of our products. Commercially reselling our products is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement with us.
Payment and Security
You may pay for the goods you buy from us by using a debit or credit card through Alpha Bank, or Paypal, or Direct Bank Transfer.
We do not hold your credit or debit card data. You do not enter any card data into the My Precious Blue Site. When you come to pay for your products you leave our site and your payment is processed through Alpha Bank secure server.
We accept Visa Credit and Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners through Alpha Bank.
Prices
Our prices, as stated on the Site are in euro (€) and include VAT except where we say otherwise. You will be charged in euro even if you don’t live in the eurozone.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Overseas orders may incur bank charges for international transactions.
Sending Goods to a Country Outside Greece
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside Greece, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the relevant customs and excise authorities for further information before placing your order.
Return of Products
Customers have the right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) working days from the delivery date thereof. Customers shall be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that final sale, seasonal and customized products are non-refundable and can not be returned. Please refer to the Returns Policy section of our site for more information.

Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by Us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
