To keep your products shiny look, dry dusting is the best method. It is recommended that you use a suede style chamois polishing cloth and/or a slightly damp non-abrasive paper towel. Please avoid the use of any alcohol, ammonia, or acetone based cleaning product.
Do not place your piece on rough or uneven surfaces that can scrape the bottom.
As far as our trays are concerned, If a rubber bumper should come off the protective acrylic cover of the tray, they can be replaced with similar new ones found at most hardware stores.
My Precious Blue bowls and vide poches are NOT ASHTRAYS, and should never be used as such. Acrylic is a flammable material.
